What are cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device that help websites remember information about your visit. We use a minimal set, described below.
Strictly necessary cookies
These cookies are required for the service to function and cannot be switched off. They include your authentication session (so you stay signed in across pages), your locale preference, and the record of whether you have dismissed our cookie banner.
Optional analytics and advertising
You can choose analytics and advertising measurement separately. With analytics enabled, Google Analytics measures public-site use and the optional feedback tool may load. With advertising enabled, Meta Pixel may measure public marketing page views, waitlist signups, contact submissions and CTA engagement. After a successful waitlist signup, our server also sends a Lead to Meta through its Conversions API, with IP address, browser information and available Meta identifiers. We do not send names, email addresses, form contents or insurance details to Meta. If you decline advertising measurement, neither the Meta Pixel nor the server Lead is sent. We still count successful waitlist signups from operational records, and save campaign labels submitted with them. You can change your choices through Cookie preferences in the footer.
How to manage cookies
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Doing so for strictly-necessary cookies will sign you out and disable parts of the service. You can also clear your cookie-banner choice by deleting site data in your browser.
Advertising measurement
If you allow advertising measurement, Meta Pixel may use cookies or similar identifiers and our server may send a successful waitlist Lead through Meta Conversions API. We save Meta click IDs with signups only under this choice. You can decline or withdraw it independently of analytics through Cookie preferences. Without advertising consent, no Meta browser or server event is sent. We save your analytics and advertising choices with the signup. Technical delivery data is used only for a consented server Lead and temporary retries. We remove that payload after delivery or cancellation; unused payloads expire after one hour and are cleared by scheduled cleanup. We retain delivery status to check reliability. Functional submission keys stored in your browser for one hour help prevent duplicate retries and cancel pending delivery when you withdraw advertising consent.
