Terms of Service

These Terms govern the PolisOne service operated by PolisOne B.V., a company incorporated in the Netherlands (Chamber of Commerce no. 42127898, Damstraat 37, 4401 AC Yerseke). They include your authorisation for insurance collection through Insurely. Read them before accepting them in the collection flow. If you do not accept them, do not start a collection.
The service
PolisOne is a software service. It gives you an overview of the insurance policies you hold, identifies possible coverage gaps and overlaps, and shows how your cover compares with other products on the Swedish market. PolisOne is not an insurance company and not an insurance intermediary. PolisOne is not registered with or supervised by Finansinspektionen. PolisOne does not provide personal recommendations or advice within the meaning of the Insurance Distribution Directive, does not arrange, conclude, amend or cancel insurance contracts on your behalf, and does not receive remuneration from insurers. Any decision to take out, change or cancel an insurance policy is yours and is made directly with the relevant insurer. The service is free of charge.
Eligibility
The live insurance service is intended for people aged 18 or above who are resident in Sweden and can authenticate with their insurer, normally using a valid Swedish BankID. Joining the public waitlist does not require BankID or insurance information. While the waitlist remains active, insurance collection and import are restricted to approved private testers. Authorised team members may carry out approved synthetic-data tests without BankID where a provider-supported test flow is available; this does not allow them to retrieve another person’s real insurance data.
Accuracy of comparisons
The information shown is based on data retrieved with your consent via BankID and our data provider, and on publicly available product information. It is provided for information only. Prices, terms and availability vary between insurers and may change without notice. Final terms are always set by the insurer in its policy documents. PolisOne does not guarantee that a policy shown is suitable for you or that a switch will result in savings.
Your responsibilities
Provide accurate information and use only insurer accounts and authentication methods you are entitled to use. Retrieve your own policies; information about co-insured people may be included where it forms part of those policies. Do not impersonate another person, share BankID credentials, bypass access controls, alter the collection instructions, or use the service unlawfully. Keep your PolisOne login and insurer authentication secure, and tell us promptly at privacy@polisone.com if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend access for a breach of these Terms or to protect users and the service.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PolisOne is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence or any matter where liability cannot be excluded by law.
Changes and governing law
We may update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes at least 30 days in advance. These Terms are governed by Swedish law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. Disputes may be brought before the courts of Sweden or, if you are a consumer, the courts of your place of residence.
Your authorisation to collect insurance information
When you select an insurer, accept these Terms and start a collection in the module, you instruct PolisOne to retrieve your insurance information from that insurer using Insurely AB as our technical provider. You authorise the technical requests needed for the collection to be made through your device and authorise the selected insurer to disclose the requested information to Insurely on our behalf for use in PolisOne. You must complete the insurer’s required authentication yourself. This authorisation covers the retrieval you request. It does not authorise PolisOne or Insurely to buy, amend, switch or cancel insurance, make payments, or give another person access to your account. During the private pilot, a completed collection requires separate review before import; completing authentication does not by itself import policies into PolisOne.
Your insurer’s terms
Your insurer may have its own terms for accessing your insurance account and information. You remain responsible for complying with those terms. Where the retrieval you request requires acceptance of account-access terms or other technical steps within the collection workflow, you authorise Insurely on our behalf to perform those steps only as necessary to retrieve the insurance information you requested. This does not authorise entering into or changing an insurance contract.
Personal data and separate choices
PolisOne is the controller for the personal data it processes to provide this service. Our Privacy Policy explains the information retrieved, the purposes and legal bases, recipients, retention and your rights. Insurely’s Privacy Policy explains its separate processing. Both notices are linked below. Authorising insurance retrieval or accepting these Terms does not grant consent to optional analytics or advertising. Those choices remain separate in Cookie preferences. To request deletion or ask about your authorisation, contact privacy@polisone.com.
Availability and permitted use
Availability depends on PolisOne, Insurely and the selected insurer. A collection may fail, be interrupted or return incomplete information. We may restrict access where necessary for security, maintenance or legal requirements, and will inform affected users as soon as reasonably possible. Do not rely on the service as your only source of policy information. The software, site design and other service materials belong to us or our licensors. You may use the service for its intended personal purpose and access, copy or save your own insurance information. This does not give you rights to copy or redistribute our software or misuse the service, and does not restrict your statutory data protection or consumer rights.
Waitlist and optional measurement
Joining the waitlist means we use the contact details you submit to manage your signup and contact you about availability. Optional site analytics and advertising measurement are governed by your separate Cookie preferences and the Privacy and Cookie Policies. Declining optional measurement does not prevent you from joining the waitlist.
