These Terms govern your use of the PolisOne service operated by PolisOne AB. By using the service you agree to these Terms.
The service
PolisOne is an independent insurance intermediary registered with the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority (Finansinspektionen). We compare, monitor and negotiate your existing insurance cover; we do not underwrite our own insurance products. The service is free for you. If you switch insurer through us, we may receive remuneration from the new provider.
Eligibility
The service is offered to natural persons resident in Sweden, aged 18 or above, with a valid Swedish BankID.
Accuracy of comparisons
Comparisons and recommendations are based on data retrieved via Insurely with your consent and BankID identification. Prices, terms and availability vary between insurers and may change without notice. Final terms are always set by the relevant insurance company in their policy documents.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, to not use the service unlawfully, and to keep your BankID credentials secure. We may suspend access if you breach these Terms.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PolisOne is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence or any matter where liability cannot be excluded by law.
Changes and governing law
We may update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes at least 30 days in advance. These Terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes are resolved by Swedish courts.
