These Terms govern your use of the PolisOne service operated by PolisOne B.V., a company incorporated in the Netherlands (Chamber of Commerce no. 42127898, Damstraat 37, 4401 AC Yerseke). By using the service you agree to these Terms.
The service
PolisOne is a software service. It gives you an overview of the insurance policies you hold, identifies possible coverage gaps and overlaps, and shows how your cover compares with other products on the Swedish market. PolisOne is not an insurance company and not an insurance intermediary. PolisOne is not registered with or supervised by Finansinspektionen. PolisOne does not provide personal recommendations or advice within the meaning of the Insurance Distribution Directive, does not arrange, conclude, amend or cancel insurance contracts on your behalf, and does not receive remuneration from insurers. Any decision to take out, change or cancel an insurance policy is yours and is made directly with the relevant insurer. The service is free of charge.
Eligibility
The service is offered to natural persons resident in Sweden, aged 18 or above, with a valid Swedish BankID.
Accuracy of comparisons
The information shown is based on data retrieved with your consent via BankID and our data provider, and on publicly available product information. It is provided for information only. Prices, terms and availability vary between insurers and may change without notice. Final terms are always set by the insurer in its policy documents. PolisOne does not guarantee that a policy shown is suitable for you or that a switch will result in savings.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, to not use the service unlawfully, and to keep your BankID credentials secure. We may suspend access if you breach these Terms.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PolisOne is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence or any matter where liability cannot be excluded by law.
Changes and governing law
We may update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes at least 30 days in advance. These Terms are governed by Swedish law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. Disputes may be brought before the courts of Sweden or, if you are a consumer, the courts of your place of residence.
