PolisOne AB processes personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Swedish Data Protection Act. This page summarises the data we collect, why we collect it, and the rights you have over your data.
Who is the data controller
PolisOne AB (Org.nr 559000-0000), Sveavägen 1, 111 57 Stockholm, Sweden, is the data controller for the personal data we process when you use this service.
What we collect
We collect: your personal identity number, name and contact details when you sign in with BankID; the policy data we read on your behalf via Insurely (with your consent); the comparison and recommendation history we generate from it; basic analytics about how you use the app (page views, button clicks).
Why we process it
To deliver the service: read your policies, surface coverage gaps, find better alternatives, facilitate switches. To comply with legal obligations under Swedish insurance-mediation law and AML regulations. We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties.
How long we keep it
Account and policy data: while your account is active and for 7 years after closure (Swedish bookkeeping law). Communications: 2 years. Analytics: 13 months in pseudonymised form.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, port and object to the processing of your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us using the address above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, IMY).
